Enanعِنان
The booking platform for Saudi equestrian centres. A public marketplace plus a full operations console for every stable on it.
The problem
Booking a riding lesson in Saudi Arabia meant sending a WhatsApp message and hoping someone replied. Stables had no schedule anyone could see and no record of who was coming. Riders had no way to compare centres at all.
Approach
- A public directory with filters that match how people actually choose a stable: city, activity, beginner friendly, kids, women's sessions, price.
- An operations dashboard per centre covering schedule, capacity, and bookings, so the stable runs its business inside the product rather than beside it.
- WhatsApp notifications through a worker reading a message queue, because that is the channel this market already answers.
- Guests find a booking by phone number alone. Forcing account creation before a first lesson kills conversion here.
Key decisions
- 01
Launch the supply side first, with the marketplace behind a flag
A marketplace with four stables is worse than no marketplace, because it teaches the first riders that the product is empty. Public listings sit behind a feature flag while we sign centres, and until it lifts the homepage is a pitch to stable owners. It flips in one file.
- 02
A warm, light identity in a market of dark apps
Sand, meadow green, copper. Deliberately unlike the dark sports tech look the rest of the category uses. Equestrian culture here is not a gaming aesthetic.
Results
- Live in production with 10+ centres signed and more than 1,000 reservations booked.
- Fully RTL Arabic product with a per-centre operations console and a platform admin layer.
